RCTC is located on 30th Avenue SE, easily accessible from Highway 14 (12th St SE), College View Rd E (4th St SE), and East Circle Drive.

After entering the grounds from 30th Avenue, turn left (south) and park near to the East Hall (EA) building.
Enter through the East Hall building as indicated on the map below.

The meeting room is located on the ground floor not far from where you entered. Follow the arrows on the map to find the room.

To get to Eagle Bluff:

Find your way to highway 52 and head south towards Fountain.
At Fountain, turn east on Hwy 8.
Travel on Hwy 8 until you see the large, brown EAGLE BLUFF signs (about 7 miles). You will make two turns.
The first turn is a left onto County 21 as you reach the bottom of a hill. This is a blacktop road heading north. Travel for about 1.25 miles.
At the next sign is a right turn onto Goodview Drive (gravel).
Go straight on this road for about 2.5 miles. At that point you're at Eagle Bluff!
